My name is Derek Dellinger, and I’ve spent most of my career in construction and project management. I’ve worked on everything from residential builds to large-scale commercial projects, and through that experience, I recognized the consistent need for accurate takeoffs and detailed document reviews. That insight is what inspired me to launch ClearCut Takeoff Services.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and father who values family time, faith, and the freedom to create meaningful projects. I enjoy working with people, building lasting relationships, and finding solutions that make life easier for those around me. My goal isn’t just to provide a service, it’s to be a trusted partner who helps contractors, homeowners, and suppliers move forward with confidence.
